Product Outline Design:

Dispensing Booth also called negative pressure weighing chamber, is a kind of local air purification equipment specially used for weighing raw and auxiliary materials in pharmaceutical factories.

It provides a vertical single airflow, in which part of the airflow is circulated in the working area, and the other part of the airflow is filtered by a high-efficiency filter and then discharged from the equipment, so that the interior of the equipment can form a negative pressure relative to the outside to prevent dust from spreading and cross-contamination. And protect the safety of staff and the surrounding environment.

The weighing room is special local purification equipment used in places such as pharmaceuticals, microbial research, and scientific experiments.

It provides a vertical one-way airflow, part of the clean air circulates in the working area, and part of it is discharged to the nearby area so that the working area can generate negative pressure and prevent cross-contamination, which is used to ensure a high cleanliness environment of the working area.

Weighing and dispensing dust and reagents in the equipment can control the spillage and uplift of dust and reagents, prevent the inhalation hazards of dust and reagents to the human body, avoid cross-contamination of dust and reagents, and protect the safety of the external environment and indoor personnel.

The weighing operation area is protected by thousand class vertical laminar flow ISO 6 (NF, EN, ISO14644-1).
